Intended use:
Oil of evening primrose seeds provides a perfect supplementation of the daily diet
with polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Substituting saturated fats with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats). The gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) contained in the oil of evening primrose seeds is beneficial for the normal menstrual cycle and for maintaining a healthy structure, elasticity and appearance of the skin. Linoleic acid (LA), in turn, helps to maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. Favourable effects occur in case of consumption of 10 g of LA per day.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule daily/1 adult person. Open the capsule by twisting it off and squirt the oil contained in it over your bread, pastry or salad. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remaining in good health requires balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Note: Turbidity of the preparation (sediment) is a natural phenomenon and does not represent a deficiency of the product. Oil of evening primrose seeds should be used cold only – it should not be heated or used for frying, as this causes the loss of its nutritional value. Exposed to high temperature and access to oxygen, polyunsaturated fatty acids undergo oxidation, generating compounds hazardous to health.
